Returns & Replacements

We are happy to accept returns of any items purchased within 30 days of delivery. If any items arrive damaged it may be possible to send replacement parts (e.g. glass or fittings) rather than require the return of an item. Please contact us for help or visit Refunds and Returns 

Payment, Pricing & Promotions

We accept payment using Paypal. You can use your Paypal account or Visa credit and debit cards to pay. If you wish to make a payment by cheque or BACS please contact us for further details.

Viewing Orders

We will send you a confirmation of your order to your e-mail address once an order is placed. We will additionally send you an e-mail once your order is despatched which contains tracking information should you wish to check on the progress of the shipment via your courier (usually Royal Mail or Parcelforce).

Updating Account Information

If you have created an account with us you can view or modify the information held by clicking on the "My Account" link at the top of any of our site pages. Please note that we do not have access to your password but can send a new one out to you should you forget it.
