Returns and Refunds

We want you to be delighted with your purchase and have a no-quibble returns and refund policy for all of our products. We will happily accept a return for whatever reason and arrange for a full refund or replacement.

If your frame has been damaged in transit or is missing parts - e.g. cracked glass or missing hangers, it may be more appropriate to contact us with details and we can send out replacements for you.

To Create a Return

We have teamed up with Royal Mail's online Tracked Returns Service for packages up to 61cm x 46cm x 46cm in size and up to 15kg in weight. To start a return click the image on the right.

If your parcel is bigger than the dimensions above (this normally means any frame larger than 20" x 16") please contact us HERE for further guidance.
